We are back with another episode of The Practical Amateur Radio Podcast. In this episode I discuss ham radio on a budget. I believe it is a misconception that ham radio has to be an expensive and mostly unaffordable hobby. There are options and I discuss and ask you to think about what it is you want to get from the hobby.
During “Our Featured Website” segment I ask you to take a close look at your amateur radio club website and I share some thoughts on what your club and the hobby is possibly missing out on.
This episode also includes the “Featured Gadget” segment and I share one idea for displaying all those QSL cards you receive.
All this and a little bit more from Jerry Taylor, KD0BIK
Until next time…
